We wanted to create a space which is halfway between physical and digital, where oral and digital storytelling meet. Being a proximity store is at the base of Ètico’s hybrid experience, where human value, expressed through a meticulous attention to the guest, is supported by the digital part. Sometimes an image, a story or a new piece of information are enough to create a change or a new perception.
